La Spezia'da konaklamayi Cinque Terre'ye yakin oldugu icin sectik. Otel tren istasyonuna yuruyerek en fazla 5 dakika. Italya'da cok yaygin olan belirli bir binanin bir katinda ve oda olarak ucretlendirilmis. Esyalar eskiydi klima yoktu fakat Agustos sicagina ragmen pek de sıkıntı yasamadik. Mutfagi da var kullanima acik. Ama biz sabah cikip köyleri gezdigimizden aksama ancak donup yatmak icin kullandik. Bu sekilde yapmak pek de yorucu olmadi. Tavsiye ederim ama bulmak icin onceden haritadan yeri belirlemenizi de oneririm.

It was right across the street from the train station, but not a sketchy location at all. Really convenient if you are going to Cinque Terre because you can just hop on the train. It had free wifi, and air conditioning. Also, you get breakfast coupon for the bar/cafe next door which gives you a free croissant of your choice and a cappuccino (delicious by the way.) Good place for the money.

Giulia was fantastic - very friendly and helpful and at the end of the phone if I needed anything. The cappuccino each morning for breakfast at the small cafe next to the hotel was great, and proximity to the train station was perfect for exploring the Cinque Terre.

The hostess is very friendly and attentive. There are many home room facilities. Highly recommended to stay.

Location,location,location ---proximity to downtown and the train station made this hotel a great place to stay.

Great place to stay and explore Liguria.Clean romantic room.Staff girl Guilia was wonderful , very friendly and helpful.A Bit noisy because near railroad, but you can reach Stacione in 2 min.Good place for the money.

We did not like our stay. The place was more like a rooming house and not a hotel. The girl working at the building was very nice.

good location, very near to the train station, and the host is very friendly, give us lots of information. Our room have a veiwsight of mountain.

Excellent B&B. The location is perfect where is very close to train station, only 5 min walk. The staff is very nice, warm and helpful. She could give a good advice for travelling in La Spezia and CinqueTerre. Lovely Smile!! When I entered the room, I was very supervise. It was a big room and had large windows, large bed and a little sofa. It had a little cloakroom. The room was very clean, tidy, new renovation and full of warm light. It seems I came back my home. The property leave some bonbons for us everyday. The Wifi was excellent and fast. The price is value for thsi B&B. If I come back La Spezia, I must stay again.

As it is near the main road, it is a bit traffic noise at night. So many keys. One key was building main entrance, two were lift, one is apartment door and last one is room key.

Very economical option. Location couldn't be better - just in front of the train station that takes you to Cinque Tierre. Confortable enough for the price you pay. Not as noisy as people say.

I guess the room could be better cleaned, although it was acceptable.

Great location - close to train station (and access to Cinque Terre), and a short walk to centre of town. Good spacious room. Breakfast at cafe around the corner was delicious (be aware that it is not on site!). Owner was really friendly and informative.

A little expensive for what it was. Bathroom needed an upgrade (shower just sprayed everywhere).

Location is very good, just walk down from stair. And the facilities of room is good and clean, strongly recommend for tourist who want to have a trip nearby.

Perfectly close to the railway station (if you wish to make daily trips to beautiful Cinque Terre)

My room was on the street side and there were quite much traffic noise. I would also have wished more basic information about the city La Spezia in the information desk.

They didnt have 24/7 staff
